After leading the Executry Group within the firm for many years, Carole now concentrates on dealing with and advising on contentious executries and aspects of cross-border succession.
Carole’s has over 30 years’ experience of advising on wills and estate planning, on looking after the affairs of the elderly and vulnerable and also advising on charities and charitable trusts, underpinned by years of personal involvement in charitable organisations.
Carole has been a regular speaker at conferences and seminars on private client issues and complex succession.
She is described in the Legal 500 as “very approachable”.
