Jennifer is an experienced executry paralegal. She deals with all aspects of executry administration including investigating the estate, reporting it to HMRC for inheritance tax (IHT) purposes, obtaining the Grant of Confirmation (Probate), ingathering the estate and distributing it to the beneficiaries.
She has considerable experience in the administration of estates with complex IHT issues, agricultural and business property, related trusts and legal rights implications. She also deals with intestate cases (where there is no will) and cases where there are international assets or where an English or international probate is required.
Jennifer is a Law Society of Scotland Accredited Paralegal and a member of the Scottish Paralegal Association.
