We have a new vacancy for an experienced Private Client Legal Secretary / PA to provide effective and pro-active secretarial and administrative support to our Private Client Group. This role is full-time (35 hours, Monday – Friday) and office based.
The successful candidate will be responsible for both copy and audio typing, the production and formatting of a range of legal documentation, diary and email management, processing AML documentation and maintaining accurate documents and records using our document management and manual filing systems.
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Secretary or PA within a professional services environment and be proficient with Microsoft Office applications. You will have excellent organisational skills, fast and accurate typing speeds, the ability to plan and prioritise your own workload and excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
