The role
We are looking for a full time Office Administrator to provide administrative support to the Private Client secretarial team and carry out reception duties as required. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks including data entry, printing, filing, scanning, typing and photocopying and reception duties including answering and making calls, and meeting and greeting clients and visitors.
This role is full time, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm and is office based.

The candidate:
Our ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral, and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word and Outlook. You will have good organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is keen to learn and develop their administrative skills within an office environment and applications from candidates wishing to undertake a modern apprenticeship will also be considered.
