The role:
We are recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join our Finance/Cashroom team on a 12 month fixed term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team, who provide an effective and timely service to our business, ensuring compliance with the firm’s procedures and the Law Society of Scotland Accounts Rules.
Working as part of a friendly, dedicated team, you will be involved in a wide range of tasks including but not limited to; purchase ledger, client transactions, reconciliations/ compliance and billing/ credit control.

The candidate:
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a busy, demanding finance environment or alterntively, we will consider applicants who are educated to a degree level in a relevant subject and keen to commence a career in finance. You will have a strong focus on client service and be comfortable communicating with all levels of colleague. A high level of accuracy, and a willingness to take responsibility for the timely completion of work is key.
