Meghan is a Solicitor in our Executry team and advises individuals and families on a wide range of private client matters.
She specialises in executry administration and trusts arising on death, guiding clients through the estate administration process with a sensitive, practical and tailored approach. Meghan advises on all aspects of executry administration, including inheritance tax matters, legal rights claims and estates with cross-border elements. She works closely with executors, beneficiaries and HMRC to ensure estates are administered efficiently and effectively.
Meghan has experience in the administration of a broad range of estates, from straightforward executries to more complex matters involving trusts, international assets and multi-jurisdictional considerations.
Before joining Murray Beith Murray, Meghan gained experience at a full-service law firm in Glasgow, advising clients on trust and executry matters. She qualified as a Solicitor in June 2025 and joined the firm in June 2026.
