Carol McGovern has over 35 years’ experience in private client work, specialising in executry administration and related trusts. She supports families through bereavement with a sensitive, tailored approach.
Carol advises on all aspects of estate administration, including legal, tax and accounting matters, and works closely with executors, beneficiaries and HMRC. She has experience across a wide range of estates, from straightforward to more complex structures.
She also advises on the establishment and winding up of trusts arising on death. Carol previously lectured for Solas, sharing her practical expertise in executry administration with legal professionals.
