He advises clients on property investment and development, commercial leasing and property finance, acting for individuals, family businesses and small to medium-sized enterprises across a wide range of sectors.
Bill is particularly experienced in advising landowners, developers and funders on property transactions across a diverse range of sectors, with a particular focus on rural property. He is known for delivering practical, commercially focused advice and innovative solutions tailored to his clients’ objectives.
