Fraser Scott

Fraser Scott is a Partner at Murray Beith Murray and joined the firm in 2015. He specialises in private client work, advising individuals and families on wills, powers of attorney, succession and tax planning. He has particular expertise in family protection trusts and is widely recognised for advising farming families and small business owners on succession planning. 

Clients value his clear, practical advice and insightful guidance. Fraser is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and is recognised as a Recommended Lawyer by The Legal 500 UK. 

After qualifying, Fraser was focused on civil litigation, acting primarily for family law and vulnerable clients. Prior to that, he worked at the Scottish Government on policy development and implementing legislation.
