We are looking for a full-time Finance Assistant to work within our busy finance team to provide an effective and timely service to our business, ensuring compliance with the firm’s procedures and the Law Society of Scotland Accounts Rules.
Working as part of a small team, you will be involved in a wide range of tasks including but not limited to; client transactions, reconciliations/ compliance and billing/ credit control. The role offers an excellent opportunity to develop new and existing skills and learn about the specific rules and regulations associated with a legal environment.
Our ideal candidate will have either have experience working in a busy finance team or have been educated to a degree level in a relevant subject.
You will have a strong focus on client service and be comfortable communicating with all levels of colleagues, a high level of accuracy and a willingness to take responsibility for the timely completion of work is key.
