We now have a vacancy for a Trust Administrator to work within our busy trusts team and provide an efficient, effective service to the business.
Working as part of a team you will be involved in a wide range of tasks which includes taking responsibility for a portfolio of trust (and charitable trust) clients, day-to-day administration of your portfolio, including distribution payments to beneficiaries, annual trust account preparation comprising of balance sheet and income and expenditure account, and maintaining trust records. You will be part of the wider private client team, providing assistance to trust lawyers and tax specialists in the firm.
Our candidate is an excellent communicator, has knowledge of case management systems and is proficient in the use of Microsoft packages.
Pro-active and positive with excellent communication and of course strong numerical skills, we are looking for someone who is able to work both independently and as part of a wider team.
It is likely that you will have experience in a similar role within a professional practice and could be SOLAS or STEP qualified although this is not essential.
This role is full-time (35 hours per week, Monday – Friday)
