We have a new vacancy for an experienced Private Client Legal Secretary to provide effective and pro-active secretarial and administrative support to our Private Client Group and be responsible for ad-hoc project work. This role is full-time (35 hours, Monday – Friday).
The successful candidate will be responsible for both copy and audio typing, the production and formatting of a range of legal documentation, diary management, processing AML documentation and maintaining accurate documents and records using our document management and manual filing system.
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a private client environment and be proficient with Microsoft Office applications, fast and accurate typing speeds and the ability to proof your own work. You will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to plan and prioritise your own workload and excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
