Susan Leslie

Susan is an Associate in our Dispute Resolution Group with more than 25 years of litigation experience. She advises private individuals, SMEs and government departments on property litigation and contentious planning matters, with particular expertise in disputes involving commercial and residential property contracts, including missives, leases and development agreements.

Her practice also includes Agricultural Tenancy and Crofting Disputes, Land Register Rectification, Title Condition Applications, Compulsory Purchase Compensation Claims, Servitude Disputes, Professional Negligence and Licensing Matters. Susan provides practical, effective advice tailored to her clients’ objectives and has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution, including negotiation and mediation.
