Andrew Stephen

Andrew Stephen heads up the firm’s Property Group and advises clients on a wide range of property transactions in Edinburgh and across Scotland. His work focuses primarily on residential sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of title and repossession matters.

Andrew works closely with the firm’s in-house Estate Agency team, who manage the marketing of properties for sale, and he acts as the firm’s representative for the Edinburgh Solicitors’ Property Centre (ESPC). With detailed knowledge of the Edinburgh property market, Andrew provides practical, commercially aware advice tailored to each transaction.

In addition to residential conveyancing, Andrew also advises property and landowning clients on commercial land use, leasing and executry conveyancing. He is known for his efficient, straightforward approach and for guiding clients confidently through every stage of the property process.
