Kirsty Windham is an Executry Paralegal who joined Murray Beith Murray in December 2025, having previously worked with law firms in Edinburgh and Guernsey.
Kirsty specialises in all aspects of estate administration, supporting executors through the executry process from initial estate investigations and inheritance tax reporting to obtaining Confirmation, ingathering assets and preparing estate accounts.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in French and Spanish with Italian from Bangor University. Kirsty qualified as a Paralegal in Wills, Trusts and Executries through Central Law Training and is an Accredited Paralegal with the Law Society of Scotland. She is also a member of the Scottish Paralegal Association.
