Andrew Linehan is a Partner and Head of the Rural Property group, advising farms, estates and rural businesses across Scotland on land and property matters. He has extensive experience working at both transactional and strategic levels, with particular expertise in agricultural law, land reform, rural leasing, sporting rights, title issues and registration.

Andrew is recognised for his holistic approach, working closely with private client colleagues and other advisers to ensure tax, succession and structural considerations are fully aligned with clients’ long-term objectives. He has a particular strength in agricultural tenancies, acting for both landlords and tenants, and is Accredited as a Specialist in Agricultural Law by the Law Society of Scotland.

Andrew is the President of SAAVA, a Fellow of the Association of Agricultural Valuers, a Leading Partner in The Legal 500 UK, and a respected author on agricultural law.
