Jennifer is an experienced executry paralegal specialising in all aspects of estate administration. She supports clients throughout the process, from initial estate investigation and inheritance tax reporting to obtaining Confirmation (Probate) and the distribution of assets.
Jennifer has particular expertise in complex estates involving inheritance tax, business and agricultural property, related trusts, legal rights implications and cross-border matters, including estates with international assets.
She is a Law Society of Scotland Accredited Paralegal and a member of the Scottish Paralegal Association, known for her efficient, thorough and client-focused approach.
