In the Event of Death
It can be difficult and distressing suddenly to be faced with the responsibility of making arrangements following the death of a relative or friend. There are many different decisions to be made and it is easy to feel anxious about where to start and who should be contacted.
Murray Beith Murray have a dedicated team who are available to advise you on your responsibilities and help you identify, and
communicate with, the people who are entitled to share the assets of the deceased. We can then help you to divide and transfer the assets and make sure the wishes in the Will are met.
We can also advise you on related matters such as tax considerations, investments, the rights of children and other relatives and protecting your assets if your own situation has changed.
