Our Employment Law team advises on both contentious and non-contentious employment law issues. Our practical approach to difficulties in the workplace can often result in a resolution which avoids costly Tribunal or Court proceedings.
Our team represents both employers and employees in employment tribunals and courts throughout Scotland and we regularly provide HR assistance to employers on internal procedures, such as discipline and grievance.
We also regularly advise clients of new developments in employment law and review and revise employment contracts and policies to ensure legal compliance.
